Opinions / What to wear with this dress?

Hi guys,

Bought this dress for a christening next month and judging by the "glorious" weather we've been having so far, I'm thinking Ill have to get a cardigan/jacket/blazer/anything at this stage.

Really love the dress but I'm totally clueless as to what to wear with it.

i'm not sure if a denim jacket is dressy enough for a christening?

what about one of those cardi's that are made of really delicate material (kind of like the ones that dancers might wear over a leotard) that have a little belt? Maybe in cream? Or possibly a suit jacket? Nt sure It's a lovely dress!

Bought shoes that are light brown/cream/ gold if you get me :-)
Have a cropped denim jacket which I tried with the dress and it does go but doesn't with the dress :-(

Silly you may be on to something there. Cardigan would go great with the shoes!! Also might get a skinny gold belt to go around the waist and gold accessories. Thanks a mill.

Love the dress - it's beautiful! I agree with a nice delicate cardigan for over it, especially since it's quite a dressy occasion (it took me 3 tries to spell that word properly..wtf!) Either in white as silly suggested or in one of the colours of the dress.
