Dragon Tattoo on Talbot Street is a really nice place, extremely clean, helpful staff and artists, reasonable prices and really talented artists. I got my first tattoo in there and i'll be going back for many more :)

op theres plenty of godo studios in Dublin take a look online at portfolios or buy visiting the shops themselves and see which one feel right for you.

A few places to check would be

    Skincity

    Snakebite

    Zulu

    Wildcat

All of which can be seen on Facebook or have there own sites, there plenty more out there but find the one you feel comfotble with.

I recommend Stigmata-Tau in Swords as that's where I got my first one done.
They have some really talented artists. Here's a link to their site with artist portfolios:

I'd second Stigmata. Got a couple done there myself by Mick before he passed away. Good place alright.
