Get up earlier and do my mobility, flexibility & a little bit of conditioning on tues, wed & Friday mornings, yoga for 40 mins on Monday mornings & thurs mornings are off.

I train 3 evenings a week for around two hours, mon, wed & fri.

    Usually take weekends off.

Works out to be about 9 hours a week.

5 or 6 sessions a week. Currently 8 sessions a week between the gym and BJJ.

    per week, usually:
bodyweight training (Convict Conditioning) - 6x1h
    running - 3x1h (including warmup & stretching)
    table tennis - 2x3h
    total = 15h :eek:

(hmm... ok, that's a bit much, maybe I should actually reduce it)

Kinda varies week to week, but usually -

Monday - Weights for 2 hours, Convict Conditioning (1 Hour)
Tuesday - Either 8km run or 16km cycle
Wednesday - 2 hours in the boxing club
Thursday - Usually a break, but I might get an hour of Convict Conditioning in
Friday - morning: Crossfit in the boxing club, evening: kickboxing

Depending on how I feel week to week, I might leave out the kickboxing on the Friday evening or do an extra weight session on a Thursday.

I cycle 36 km in and out of work 4 days a week ..great way to get in exercise without to much time commitment....

    Usually..

    Monday - BJJ (2.5 hours)
    Tuesday - wrestling/MMA (1 hour)
    Wednesday - rest
    Thursday - MMA (2 hours)
    Friday - BJJ (1.5 hours)
Saturday - either MMA for an hour, or a 45 minute run and half an hour of strength and conditioning
Sunday - usually rest. Maybe a walk. Going to start swimming in the sea now that the weather is warming up.

Works out at about 8 hours, so a full working day. I don't find it hard to find the time really, I work a 38 hour week and don't have kids, so if I wasn't training I'd probably be sitting on my rear eating cakes (I find quite a lot of time for that as well.....).

Could be anything from 4 hours to 12+ hours.

    Usually:

Monday - 2 hours of BJJ
    Tuesday - 20-25 minutes of (p)rehab & 5-15 minutes of rowing
Wednseday - 2+ hours of BJJ
Thursday - 46-60 mins of BJJ if I can, 20-25 minutes of (p)rehab & 5-15 minutes of rowing
Friday - 90 mins of BJJ
Saturday - 1.5 hours of mixed conditioning and BJJ
Sunday - 2 hours of mixed conditioning, BJJ, general physical activity like running/hiking/etc

Any one or two of those days can and do get dropped if I feel like crap at any point.

10-15 hrs per week. You get up early, and get all the other stuff in your life done efficiently. Theres always time to train if you want to.
