any adventure races that dont include cycling

    hi im aware of turfman but i was wondering if theres any other races/events that dont involve cycling? races with just swimming and running/hiking or obstacle courses. any info greatly appreciated thanks.

    By definition Adventure Racing includes mountain biking. What you're asking for is an off-road aquathon (I've never heard of one, or anyone else ever looking for one!), but most definitely is not an adventure race. (And neither is Turfman for that matter).

    There's usually a normal (on road run) aquathon in Bray at around this time of the year also.

    there is a series of three aquathons in Bray in mid June, July and August, if memory serves its a 750m swim, 5 km run all on Bray Prom/ seafront, I can post the details if required when back in work and have them to hand, hoping to enter this year myself having watched last few years !
