Do you know if Channel 5 HD is available on Sky via other channels yet? if so do you have the frequency? Europa League Final is on tonight and it is on TV3 and Channel 5. Aupa Bilbao!! :)

No, it's not available for ROI subscribers. Regular (non-HD) Channel 5 is though of course.

2 reasons why you can't watch Channel 5 HD
    1. It's on a DVB-S2 transponder so you can't tune it into 'Other Channels'
    2. It's encrypted

However if you have a UK FTV (often called a Freesat from Sky) card then you can watch it with that.

Thanks guys. I have the standard definition Channel 5 tuned in alright so will probably use that. It is just the picture quality on it is usually very poor (for football anyway) but anything is better than TV3/3E coverage!

Picture quality seemed to drop ever since it moved to 1N.
