Once a month, use the regular pill ya get in the vets

Once per quarter - aka 4 times per year or every 3 months.
As needed if weight is starting to drop or tell tale signs - evidence in their cr*p, doing the ass scratch along the ground or the age old eating grass. None of these are scientific or things I often see but if I was to then no harm to give a dose.

like epointer every 3-4 months or if ya think they need it whatever you use make sure it covers lungworm thats the most dangerous so they say ya dont want to be paying twice

I'd say I do mine 3 times a year but like the lads said whenever you think they need it. It goes with out saying that pups need far more regular worming for their first year.
I use panacur which is very safe and is not too hard on the dogs stomach. Also always have it for dosing stock anyway. The trick with using panacur is to give them the same does 2 or 3 days in a row to get the very best results.

like e pointer said every quarter , another sign i see on liver and white spaniel i have is the liver in the coat goes very light , i give him a worming table and after a few weeks the coat is back to a deep liver colour.
