Number one the car ain't road legal, so the price is a bit rich for 1.8 drift slag. That would be the main issue i would see.

Eh, every service warning light is on in the dash!? No offence but who would buy a car for €800 with them yokes screaming at them?

I recommend doing this at least: http://www.bmwe36blog.com/2007/02/24/reset-bmw-e36-oil-service-light/ (it works)
