Job share - contract

Hey, managed to get a get a job share for next year - 11 hours a week. Just wondering, will I be paid by the hour as a sub or a regular wage which would be half the rung of the ladder I'm on (which would mean summer pay but less pay overall I believe). Cheers!

You should be paid on an 11 hour contract.
