    That's a nice read :)

If I was having a bet in it which I won't be the 26.0 on Betfair for Barbican would have my €2, DH in the saddle, decent draw and just might stay the trip at Chester.

Tominator for me, his win over 2 miles at Newcastle (Northumberland Plate) on good/soft reads well .

Pick O'Briens second string this week (if the last few days is anything to go by!)

I'm a massive Overturn fan. Ground is a concern, I think he will handle the weight pretty well.

Hills go 7/1 Overturn from 8:30 tomorrow.

Ajaan, looks to be well overpriced tomorrow. He had 2 very good runs last year particularly in the context of this race a very good 3rd in the Queen Alexandra Stakes at Ascot. This was run on soft ground and the ground will be softer than usual here tomorrow. He has run 2nd in this race before and additionally has a very decent record fresh. The extra few pounds he has come down the handicap will only help and as much as I love Overturn the softer ground will not be to his liking tomorrow. I’m also going for a small bet on Address Unknown as he has plenty of ability which he hasn’t shown since he has changed stables, but I’m hoping that he may improve again after a slightly better run a last time out in a decent race.

Ajaan 1pt EW 33/1 Stan James & Will Hill
Address Unknown ½ Point win Betfair 85

I think it'll be another McCain win!
Overturn or Ile de re, small stakes, such a tough place to get winners, for me anyway!

Can't wait too see how Wayne Rooneys first runner, Pippy gets on in the opener, up against some decent opposition though so won't be investing!

You can forgot about Overturn on that ground anyway.

Overturn put in some performance on that ground.

I'm baffled by Overturns performance on the ground. Had he got good ground he'd win by 8 lengths.

The flag start was a massive advantage to him but it was a great effort on unfavourable conditions, a result of his quality and gameness more than anything. As you said though, good ground and he sluices in.

Overturn would be some little horse to own. Is there a horse out there tougher or more versatile. He going chasing in the Autumn

If I had to pick any gelding in training to own at the moment it'd be Overturn, such a tough horse. Possibly going to Ascot for the Gold Cup next.

Will be interesting to see him chasing, presume the Arkle will be his target if he does.

I'd rather see him have another year at hurdles if truth be told, I think there's another Fighting Fifth to be picked up with him and a Champion Hurdle wouldn't be completely out of the question.

Jesus, I'd keep him over hurdles for sure, pick up another chester cup on the way.
If he can have any decent success over fences, he'd have to be put down as one of the best 'all-rounder' in recent memory.
