Jobs sticky is for serious full-time positions - what about a thread for casual?

Given that the nature of occasional, casual, or one-off gigs are so different from full-time positions for those with specific qualifications and experience, I was wondering if it would be all right to have an alternative thread for this type or work/job?

Members searching for the chance to earn a few quid, but who are not really available, or experienced, for the serious positions that currently populate the 'Jobs' thread, pretty much have to leave boards.ie and check gumtree, which is a shame. Adverts.ie posts the same level of jobs as the sticky on boards.

It would be great for members to be allowed to post occasional/casual, or one-off gigs and not just serious full-time positions. These types of 'job' are really very different and those interested in looking through full-time positions in machine repair are not the same as those looking to pick up some cash doing a survey/ working as an extra/ helping at an event etc.

I have a small bit of work going (about 3 times a month, maybe) and it seems very out of place to post this in a thread where people are really looking for serious, full-time positions.

Of course, I could start a 'Casual / Occasional / One-off jobs' thread, but I won't if it might get locked.

Of course. It might take a while to get going, but I think it might be useful.
