Can anyone suggest any nice hotels with reasonable rates in Carlingford?
Going on a midweek, looking for somewhere welcoming that won't break the bank :)

We checked the 4 Seasons but thought it was a bit pricey, and reviews weren't too good. Don't want a B&B as a residents bar is always handy.

    Thank you

I think Ghan House do midweek specials. Not sure if they have a bar though....

Ghan House serves very nice food and they have a small bar. Your other option for a hotel is MecKevitts Village Hotel and it has a bar :D

I's say most of the negative comments about the 4 Seasons are frm the weekends when all the stag and hen parties are there.

Stayed there a good few times mid week and always found it value for money.
If you want expensive try Ballymac down the road.
