To all boardsies I bid you a bonny morrow on this fine crappy cloudy spring day.

Mods ... sowwy if there is a thread here already on this.

Sooooo. I am male 175 cm and 80 kg. I'm mostly fat, but I wanna get more mucley ( and put on extra 20 kg ). I don't wanna **** up my heart though.

Any suggestions of foods that will pile on the £'s and not costs the £'s. I wanna hit the 100kg within 3 months, then start working it into muscles ...

Fire away with suggestions people. I'm all ears.

My only suggestion: Dont do that ^^^^

Read the nutrition stickies, ask clever questions of the clever weightlifting people here, work hard, eat smart, yadda yadda yadda.

This was transferred from AH... Don't think it's meant to be taken seriously.

I'm guessing you are around 18 from your other posts (Leaving Cert) etc. so you're getting stick because your post comes across as naive in relation to body recomposition and the time/effort required.
If you are serious about the subject, spend time reading, researching and reading and studying and reading about anatomy, physiology, nutrition etc.
Or if you are a fairly well off young lad maybe you could afford to get a top coach to just program it for you so you can skip all that reading malarkey.
    Best of luck.
