    Hi there,

I'm looking for some help, I've been hearing/reading a lot lately about mineral deficiency and wondering if any of you's can offer advice to a complete clueless!

I'm trying to find a good daily multi mineral supplement (capsule or tablet)the minerals need to be in the citrate form.
    (Im female in my twenties)

What do I need to take into account when choosing one?
Can anyone reccomend a good multi mineral?
    What's a trustworthy brand?
Do any actually provide the full 60 minerals?
    The rough cost?

    Thanks a mill!!
    D

For magnesium you could try magnesium oil or Epson salts in the bath,
I find concentrated mineral tough on my stomach :o.
