Well they don't look to be a tied agent to anybody so presumably all the big names. Have you checked their website?

As Independent Insurance Brokers Pat Britton & Co. Ltd. have no ties to any one Institution or Insurance Company. Which guarantees our customers that we will find the best possible quotation available for their Insurance requirements.

    Get out the Golden Pages.

    Ring everyone.

This is the only way to get the best quote for you.

They will sell policies from multiple insurers, depending on who is the best price and cover for you will determine who they offer you. You have the option to reject or ask for a specific underwriter (although in this case you are as well to just go to their website).

Why are you so concerned who is the underwriter?

I've been using insure.ie now the past few years, every year they give me a quote, I go off somewhere else, and they match the lowest quote.
