Just got the bluray delievered yesterday. Nice set. The stand out special features are the commentaries on the last 2 episodes, and the extended version of the finale. Watched the extended version, but not too sure what they added, as I haven't watched the finale is a while.

don't have any of chuck on disk, will probably wait till there is a season 1-5 BR box set, saw their trying to sell season 1-5 as separate box sets on amazon for $200, ridiculous
