Embedded Videos

Embedded videos are simply showing up as blank squares with a tiny picture in the top left corner. My primary concern is youtube videos (which I embed in my blog & have been able to see fine until now), but I think other embedded videos aren't show up either. I updated Java & Adobe reader, still nothing. Any suggestions? cheers

Here is what I see on my screen

EDIT: I am using internet explorer but when I use Chrome I can see the videos. I would use Chrome but I much prefer IE due to simple differences on my pc. cheers again

Check you have the latest version of flash player?

Visit this on the IE brower: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

It works fine in Chrome for some reason but I don't like chrome as by pressing the scroll button on the mouse, it doesn't open a new tab on my computer like it does in IE

Go into Internet Explorers addon manager and make sure Adobe Flash Player plugin is enabled

I have two adobe add ons and both are enabled. I didn't "Adobe Flash Player plugin" but similiarly named.

Do you think it's an add on problem or could it be an IE option?

It does sound like an addon issue to me, check this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/NuLYw.jpg, make sure addon is enabled like in the screenshot.

    It's all enabled.

    Still not working I'm afraid.

Download the Adobe flash Uninstaller and follow the steps on that page. Then re-download flash player from navigating to this link in internet explorer. See if this sorts it

I'm afraid that doesn't do it either.
