HP 625 Internet problems

    I bought this laptop just under a year ago and since a few weeks after turning it on its not operating properly when on the internet :confused:
    Sometimes, when on Youtube or listening to Media Player (when speakers in use) and if you try opening a new tab on the internet the speakers interfear with the new page that is loading and the speakers start cracking/interrupting with the page loading. It freezes for a few seconds but then is ok. I have antivirus.
    Has any one else had problems like this with this model? I know I should have carried it back to Harvey Norman soon after but I constantly need it for work and would be lost without it for more than a few days. Its still under the guarantee but I haven't heard great customer satisfaction stories about returning laptops/digital cameras....:rolleyes:

    First thing is to check the volume mixer and make sure they aren't all maxed out.

    ya i did that, its well below 50% and so is the volume for the speakers. Id say my only option is to take it back..
