Looking for an app

Four of a kind

That will allow me to put together short simple videos from the vids/photo's on my phone?

Something like Imovie is able to do on IOS, which I used a lot when I had the iphone and liked. So far I can't find anything really suitable.

All I want is to be able to add a song title, add a few captions and put in both photos and video clips in it.

Surely there's a decent app for doing that?

Phone? Tablets are better suited to it as you can be much more accurate with your fingers. Also, video work takes a fair bit of horsepower.
