I really need to lose about a 20lbs. I really want to get back fit for GAA, lose weight for wedding next year and more or less just to live a healthier lifestyle.

Whenever I needed to lose weight I just upped my exercise . I have 2 young kids under 2 now so going to the gym 5-7 days a week is kind of out of the question.

I play Gaa so I play match every week , train 2 nights a week and play a bit of 5 a side once a week. Its my diet I really need help with. I ve tonnes of bad habits. The main ones are my portions are way to big, I eat out of boredom at times and I eat late at night.

If anyone has any advice it would be great. I just feel like I need a good plan to follow, know what im going to eat for the week ahead. Im considering weight watchers .

Weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise.

Read the stickies about food and take it from there.

Don't do weight watchers - foods filled with salt, sugar and crap and only a quick fix IMO
