Dance Classes in Dublin

Hi I'm looking for dance classes around Dublin, not really sure what I want to get into. Open to ballroom, salsa, hiphop, contemporary, pole dance..

I'm looking for something that I could progress within and will really keep me fit/possibly lose some weight with. I've just finished up after doing competitive gymnastics for 6 years so I'd like to find somewhere with quite a structured atmosphere..not just loads of people my mums age down for their afternoon zumba class and gosip (No offence ladies!)

So if anyone could suggest some good studios that have classes maybe once or twice a week, I guess I'd be a complete beginner!

    Thanks!

Have a look at the IARG club - they have there some new classes for adults (ballet and zumba).
That might be what you are looking for :)

Check out ObsessionSalsa.com they have classes around the south of Dublin. They are excellent teachers and very down to earth and full of fun and very energetic couple.

    Hey there,

If you are looking for structure I would recommend something like ballet. I have several adult ballet classes running in the Liffey Trust Studios in town and the IARG in Tallaght and for all levels from beginners to advanced.

Having done competitive gymnastics for 6 years you will probably find it quite easy to get in to and progress with it.

If you want more info pm me, if not good luck with everything and hope you find something you enjoy!

    C Xx
