My delivery box covered in oil on the inside

    Im giving the car a service so ordered online off an irish car parts site.
    Ordered wipers,spark plugs,oil and air filters, plug spanner, window wash, and an air freshener with a 5 liter can of oil came in an over sized box. The problem was the oil was all over the parts inside the box what do i do send the lot back or grin and bear it just piss,s me off what ever lazy person packed it and wont be dealing with that company again.

    Email them or ring them and let them know what happened. They should sort you out.

    I have got no reply from them yet, im thinking if i send it back it will cost a bomb as it is a big box and came with an post and they are a rip off to send parcels so either way il lose out were i should not.

    if the goods were not as described, then the company that sent it have to collect it and I can assure you they would not be paying any more than €5 to have it collected.
