HELP REQUIRED-LOST SIGNAL

I use a Sky+hd box with subscription. Was watching snooker then remembered I wanted to add another channel to the "other channel" list. Couldn't fing the one I wanted so went back to watch snooker and lo and behold "No signal":confused: what have I done to screw things up?

Panic over I've got it up and running again.

I just switched everything off for a while and it has come back on.
