    Hi everybody!

    I'm a naturally slim person but after a particularly bad start to 2012 health wise my weight/ strength has dropped.

    Right now I'm far too thin with no muscle definition and it's time to turn things around! I'm 5 5 and weigh 7 1/2 stone so obviously have no intention of loosing weight but gaining! Any body have any advice? Tips?
