I have a question relating to Trustee's Powers particularly in relation to trust property. im wondering does the appointment of someone as a trustee of a trust automatically give that person a right to convey, mortgage etc the property? does the original trust need to be varied for this person to be given that power? i know that's quite vague but i know nothing about trusts and if anyone has any thoughts id appreciate it, thanks.

Deeds of trust can vary. See a soliciitor about that particular trust you are dealing with
