sky+ box no card

You will receive the Free to air Channels. 'Freeview' is received through an aerial / not a Satellite Dish.
And no recording on a Sky+ Box without a subscription to Sky. You could also source a FTV card and receive one or two extra Channels (That you probably wouldn't want anyway!!!!)
