Best route to Busaras from the Mater

Looking for the best option/route to take from the Mater Hospital to the bus station at night (if that makes a difference)??? Should I get bus to O'Connell Street and then take the Luas from abbey street? or is there a more direct route via bus?

Also, is there taxi's available around the Mater as another possible choice??

Advice would be great, thanks :)

There is a taxi rank across the road from the Mater if you want a direct transfer without waiting around.

Taxis right outside the Mater on Eccles st. Reception can show you were to go or even book a taxi for you. Only a short little trip in a taxi so doesn't cost too much!
