I hope this is in the right place!

Just wondering if anybody could help me? For the past couple of days, my Hotmail sign in screen won't load. Whenever I click on hotmail, the tab at the top of my page tells me its loaded but I just get a blank screen, if that makes sense.

I'm not having any problems with any other websites. Has this been happening to anybody else lately? Can anybody tell me what is wrong?
