Hi All.

Just looking for some advise, I currently drive a 99 Honda CRV that I picked up for small money some years ago and it's bullet proof as Hondas seem to be.

Problem is while it a great jeep I think it is "abusing" my wallet. Currently it is costing me 400+ on average a month to commute to work and do my daily trips as I live in Kildare but work in Dublin and public transport is not an option with kids to drop off on the way.

I was thinking of upgrading to a high MPG Diesel and have a softspot for the S40, I was offered on for 5k for a 05 1.6 and was just wondering what peoples recommendation are...
