download speed problem

    Hi We signed up in the last 4 months for Eircom BB. The speeds at the time (2048/256) were fine as it was an 'up to 3mb' connection and we were fine with it as everything worked smoothly including Apple TV. In the last few days it has been 1440/256 according to my router and with a noticeable drop in download speed as everything has basically slowed to a crawl compared to what it was. We have also seen the Eircom van around the place for the last day or so(Thursday) working on the lines.

    previous results were of the 1.7MB/s .20MB/s variety which was fine
    Could the reps please investigate?
