I'm interested in going to classes myself but living in Spiddal at the moment so would have to be a saturday class and from the times below Galway Thai boxing is the only one who has a class on a Saturday. Does anyone have any info on the fourth club? Name? Times? Also has anyone been to the clubs? Any ones to avoid? I used to train at Cork Muay Thai and had just moved from Beginners to normal classes when I was leaving (this was years ago though) and have done a small bit of training in Thailand so apart from fitness i should be able to manage a normal class.. is Galway Thai a good gym?

I'm only really familar with Hanuman Thai and Lumpini Thai. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend either Pat McEvoy (Lumpini thai & Galway Thai) or Dave Joyce (Hanuman Thai) as coachs, I've seen plenty of their fighters in action.

I'm not as familar with Laochra Thai or Castlegar Thai but I'm sure you can get info off the links provided.

    Hope that helps.

Lot of Muay Thai around Galway, why not try out a few of them and see what suits.

If you fancy something a little different give a call up in in Point Blank MMA! Website in my signature.
