Samsung Gamer on laptopsdirect?

    I am thinking of buying a Samsung 700G7A on laptopsdirect here. Samsung are doing a VAT back offer until May 7 so it looks like I could get around €300 back. Does anybody have any advice on either the machine or the seller? I've seen some negative reports of laptopsdirect but they were quite old.

    Not sure about the seller (how many other irish laptop sellers are there??) but I can tell you Samsung are updating their gamer line with Ivy Bridge CPUs and the much more powerful 7970m GPU within the next month (also better screen and other things) so I'd hold out if I were you.

    Yes but would I get one of the newer models for €1300 though? I doubt it (although I'm basically a noob to gaming laptops so who knows!)
