    Any ideas. Letter, email, phone call? As always its a lot harder than it is to join.

    Giving them a call is probably best but will cost a wee bit. I cancelled a few weeks ago and did via their online "contact us" page. Got an acknowledgment a couple of hours later.

    Although you wont find it on their website the contact email address is customerservicesire@setanta.com

    give them a phone call, I had the post office offer but didn't cancel in time(should should of cancelled 30 days before the offer ran out) so instead of charging me €16.99 they charged me €8.49 a month for 3 months.

    I have it because i watch the nascar on it and some saturday prem league.

    @€;8 a month it's cheaper than a box of smokes(I've given up so i think it's better value):rolleyes:
