Looking for a bit of help for a small project I am doing.I am looking to rank Irish forum's by post count.Any forum with over 100k posts.I just want to make sure I am not missing any,I think I have most of them I could be missing some in the 100k to 1 million bracket.If you know of a forum close to the 100k mark stick it in.

No probs, I used to post there a lot until it got pretty much taken over by dissident republican supporters... no shinners left really

I believe this site has a lot of crackdowns and is monitored by MI5 etc. so a lot of posts get deleted quite regularly. Leading posters have their IP addresses tracked etc. - they really stress anonymity there.

I lurked on it during the Colin Duffy trial and it was pretty interesting stuff. One of the posters was one of the guys exiting with him from the courthouse when he was found innocent so there was some insider knowledge knocking about. Do get a lot of blind bigots who'll say some cold and ruthless things in there though as you'd expect.

The Students' Union wants them gone, though, and they haven't been properly moderated/admin'd in a few years. The SU locked them a couple of weeks ago, but myself and a couple of other students complained vociferously and the SU have since promised that they will tidy them and upgrade them etc. They have made such promises before, though, so we shall see...
It would be a terrible shame to lose them.

Oh yes I still lurk, there are some guys who post some fascinating stuff I just dont post anymore.
