4 week holiday in australia budget

Im off to Aus for a 4 week trip next week, how much do you think I should budget for spending money assumaing accomodation is already paid for? would 5k be enough?

5k should be plenty if you have accom sorted, depends on what you have planned ... what do you have planned? what is your lifestyle? party, or take it easy outdoors

I spent 4k last year for me and a 1 year old. This covered all meals, flights and accomodation in both sydney and melbourne (my adelaide accomodation was covered) and I have friends over there so went out a fair bit.
