2000 Polo Window Regulator

I've been looking for a driver side window motor & regulator for a 2000 VW Polo. The problem is it's a 2 door and they seem to be like gold dust unless I fork out for a brand new one (the guts of €250 all in) Was wondering if someone here could point me in another direction. I've been on eBay and contacted a few breakers…
