    Hi everyone. :)
I was wondering if there is a way to continue learning German in nuig. I'll hopefully be starting psych or arts next September but I won't be able to pick German because I'll be doing psych. I'd love to live in Germany in the future so I really hope there is a way to continue with it. :)

Also while I think of it, I do clarinet lessons here in Dublin but would have to stop if I go to Galway. Reckon I'd be able to find a cheap teacher up there? Thanks.

The German society might be of some use to you:

Check it out and send them an email if want to know more about what they do etc :)

That's a great idea, thanks. :) I'll send them an email tonight to see what they do exactly.

You might even be able to get grinds/language exchanges with someone. Put up a notice on a noticeboard when you get there.

As above. Keep an eye out for the Tandemprojekt or even start your own so you can pair up with an Erasmus student or other native speaker. The German Society usually has a Stammtisch every week or two where you can practice your skills in an informal environment as well.
