    Any recommendations for online shops selling Brother inkjet cartridges (LC1100) either original or compatible/re manufactured?

    You could try. inkmaestro.ie, they have compatible cartridges called digital revolution. I have used them for my printer, and found them very good.

    I dealt with them in the past but I think their compatible ink range is a tad pricey
