Working part time with rent supp and OPF

I've just been offered a part time job, 20hrs a week at min wage and I am not sure how it will affect me or how much better off I will be.

My current income is OPF of €217 and €20 maintenance per week. I am also on half rate Jobseekers benefit which is €94 per week so a total of €331 per week.
I am paying €632 rent and my rent supplement is €237

How will my OPF payment be affected and also my rent allowance? I have tried to figure it out by reading the welfare.ie pages but its information overload.

    Can anyone explain to me??
    Thanks :)
