    Hi guys,
Decided a couple of months ago to start loosing some weight. I started at 11 st 8 lbs and currently weigh 10 st 7 lbs. But now I'm stuck at this weight for weeks and its really frustrating. My goal is 10 st so its just another 7 lbs but just won't budge! Any tips? Has this happened to anyone else? If yes, how did you get past this and continue with the weight loss? Thanks in advance :)

Well done on the weight loss.

Unfortunately the further you get to reaching your goal the harder it gets to shift the weight- which means working harder.. IMO..

What does your current diet consist of on an average day ? and how much exercise do you?

Up your exercise intensity and length just to get things jump started again. You have to ramp it up each time you hit a plateau to get things moving again, it gets harder, closer you get to goal weight. Also change your exercise routine around and do different exercises etc.

have a giant cheat day but with very low fat.eat tons of carbohydrates but dont count calories.this will increase your metabolism tenfold and increase leptin.it also has physchological effects too (if you have been dieting, eating very clean) = this is your cheat day.eat sugary cereals all day but make sure its low fat.you will feel yourself starting to heat up....then back to your normal diet and training regime the next day.ive been doing it for years

interesting, can you say more about this? is it one cheat day a month / week? can you give sample meal plan on a normal day & cheat day?
