I had sky go on xbox and laptop and tonight decided to remove the laptop and add on ipad. It allowed me remove the laptop and shows an empty slot but when I try to log in to the sky go app on ipad its giving 'Limit reached - unable to register this device.' Any ideas please?

You are only allowed to register two devices per calender month.

Tuesday next week is the first of May you can do it then.

I don't know it depends on the device but many the act of logging in is seen as a registration.

You have used two devices this month with the service you can not register a 3rd.

On the off chance I am wrong it would be no harm to ring Sky and ask them.

I've had the exact same problem and it doesn't change with a new month.

Haven't not used any device to use Sky go....so it's very frustrating.
