    Where is the best place on-line to buy sram rival shifters.Planet x seem cheapest for a set of shifters.Anybody come across anywhere else.

    Cheers dubba, was into halfords already and because the bike is 2 yrs and 4 months old they said that the warranty wont cover it.Exact same problem as shown in that post.The shifter just broke off towards the end of a race last week.May contact the importer in ireland on the off chance.

    That's bad form in my opinion those shifters are known to be problematic. Its worth contacting SRAM directly (google their contact info) they have a good reputation with sorting out this kind of thing. Just for reference I was quoted around €200 to replace and fit from my LBS. PX ended up posting me on a free replacement so kudos to them!

    These guys were good value last year when I was looking for some Force components. Can't say how they stack up now, but worth a look.
