Hi guys ive lost over 50lbs in the past 14 months my starting weight was a, disgraceful 14st 11 I'm now 10 st 11. I'm female 28 5 ft 4. I am fairly active train 6 days a, week a mixture of running, spinning and bootcamp the bootcamp would have a lot of body conditioning in it. My overall goal is 9 st 10 so I'm finally at that last stone too loose stage so I'm really trying to tidy up the last few loose ends of my diet and eat fairly well so I would like your opinions if this is on the right track because the last stone is that little bit harder to shift I need to pull out all the stops. so here we go.
Breakfast: strawberries, blueberries, 100 grams of greek yougart and 15 grams of chopped walnuts or a poached egg and 2 bacon Madallions.
Lunch: tin of tuna and some cheddar cheese or if no eggs for breakfast I would have a poached egg and madallions or grilled turkey breast and veg.
Dinner: Chicken, Fish or lean red meat usually with sprouts, cabbage or if red meat usually onions mushrooms and grilled tomatoes. I am trying to limit carbs but not exclude them completely once or twice a week I might have a bannana and I will have one treat meal a week and at the weekend maybe a small bar of chocolate and 1 pack of crisps. So am I on the right track to getting this last stone off any suggestions greatly appreciated.

the fact you have cut out bread is great as it tends to keep weight on .
I'd say your on the right track to losing that last stone.
I have lost 2 stone many years ago and have managed to keep it off but you must watch what you eat for life and make the right choices to food.
    good luck
