It might have nothing to do with the handbrake i cant remember rightly if tms are the same but most grammer air seats have a sensor that if you get off the seat with out applying the hand brake shell start screeching at ya! and sometimes the wires going up the scissor frame underneath the seat behind the curtain get pinched and cut breaking the curcuit even though your actually sitting on the seat sounds like your ones just hanging in there though if its only happening when you hit a rough patch. tbh your better off crossing the two wires and doing away with it because a least with us no matter how you routed the wires they get cut. ;)
hope this helps and im not a million miles off the mark it could also be something as simple as the parking brake sensor

Denis id correct there is a sensor in the seat.
Kneel on the seat facng the back window. Clear all the junk from around the back of the seat and pull up the mat.
You should find four wires, two are for the seat sensor and two for the air motor in the seat. I have seen them in the past getting damaged under the mat from either Corrosion or broken Glass.
I would recommend repairing the problem instead of By-Passing as it is a safety switch that overrides some of the controls if the driver remains off the seat for a period of time. If there ever was an accident you would be Liable for override EU safety regulations.
It's not hard to fix. I've never seen the wire broke in the seat yet on a TM just under the Mat but there is always a first. John deere and Volvo suffer more with the wires breaking in the Seat.
The Parking brake has a switch that also can be faulty from time to time they are easy fit too.
    Hope that might help.

I'd go pretty much with what is said here. Do NOT cut the wires and by pass the system. If you pull the handbrake up and get off the seat and accidently hit her into forward that sensor is meant to stop it from happening!

If theres no broken wire, rip up part of seat, u'll find the sensor and u can place a piece of cardboad on the sensor to take up any 'slack'. Play around with it so it doesnt beep when sitting but does when you get off it. If you follow. By passing is just a waste of time!!
