The West Clare Cycling Club are hosting the first-ever Mount Callan Charity Challenge on Sunday 29th April, in aid of the Irish Hospice Foundation.

The 95km route starts in Kilrush and circles the scenic mid-Clare area, heading out first along the coast then taking in a little-known, but the toughest, route up Mount Callan.

Sign-on fee is €20 which is from 9.30am in the Square, Kilrush with a 10.30am start. There are changing and shower facilities available
