Advice on eating plan

    Hi Guys,

    I've been a member of the gym the past year now but i've not had a gun run at it due to being unlucky with health etc.

    So i've kick-started it off again the past 2 weeks and all going well but i know my diet wasn't up to scratch so thats something which i've also worked on. I'm 29, 5'8 and weight approx 10st...bit of a pot belly.
    I'm looking to get a bit bigger & tone up etc.

    Can you have a look at my eating plan and see if you guys think its ok or anything that i might need to change or add in etc?

    Breakfast (7am): 2 scrambled eggs & OJ

    Mid-Morning (9.30-10): Wholewheat bread or cereal with fruit

    Lunch (12.30-1pm): Chicken with brown pasta or rice

    Afternoon: Snack of fruit, granolo bar or wholewheat bread

    Post workout & Dinner: Protein shake...Chicken/Meat/Fish with veg and brown rice/pasta

    Evening snack: Fruit or Rice Cakes & protein shake before bed

    Any help or advice greatly appreciated!!!
