I keep getting this when I try to upload an mp3 of music to a site I'm a member of. How do I fix this? is it due to malware?

What browser are you using? Try another and if the site offers FTP upload functionality I'd use that instead,

I am using firefox browser. I tried my other 32 bit laptop with firefox and it uploaded fine? I think it could be down to malware which is odd because I'm running the latest version of Norton. I scan for viruses but all it detects and deletes is cookies. Still does not work after that. It's a real pain because I use this site for my work and it's annoying. :(

Again I am grateful for any advice you can offer and did offer. I dont understand the tech language such as FTP so you will probably have to go into a little more detail about that. :o

Hmm, I doubt its malware but if you suspect something is not right run a MBAM scan (update definitions before scan).
Cookies are not viruses or malware usually, AV companies like to make a big deal of them to sell their products, but most websites use cookies, including Boards, Google, Microsoft etc, some cookies are "tracking cookies" which are unwanted but not malware/software to affect the operation of your computer.
Appart from emptying your internet cache (you can use CCleaner to do this), I don't know what else you can do, try other browsers though ie internet explorer, see if it happens with that browser. Whos your internet provider?
