Eyesight & the GR Medical

After completing the interview/assessment I finally got a date for the medical for the GR.

I happen to have extremely poor eyesight, though its perfect when wearing lenses or glasses. I didn't realise that this might be an issue until researching on this site.

Is there any point in me now doing the medical or will it be an automatic fail with my vision?

Do the medical, As far as I know you will be referred for 6 months to get your eyes lasered but still do it you never no what might happen

I'd do the medical too. You never know what might happen. If you don't, you will always wonder what may have been.
