Can I walk into any bank and buy an "International Money Order" (not a bank draft) over the counter, or do I have to be a customer? And approx how much would one cost for 50usd? thkz

Pretty sure they don't exist here.

Anytime I was asked for one (by ebay sellers before I registered for paypal) I just used to get a US$ bank draft. Never had a problem.
