    Whereabouts are you based? My gym is based in Midleton, but I do housecalls as well if that's of any use to you? If not, I can probably recommend somebody closer to you.

    Hi, you still need a home personal trainer?
    All you'd need is 3 days a week, 3 kitchen chairs, a sweeping brush / broom & maybe one or two other household bits n bobs believe it or not.
