i bought a laptop in currys in the north of ireland for 550 euros, which was 1050 euros in currys in the south. so you could say i saved 500 euros. this was when the sterling crashed to the same value as the euro

From one company I made 87000 in 4 months, one of those very lucky opportunities that could of gone either way,I have lost half as much as well on a single punt so its not all straight forward.
On a gamble I took the blackjack table for 60000 aussie dollars one morning, hit the table at 4am sober and left at 6:30 without making a fuss.
We won`t chat about those losses

I had just under 24k invested and it tripled in the first two months, was a make or break for me at the time.
Gambling wise I was never really big into it but used hit the casinos a couple times a month mainly for the social aspect on a weekend or the free drinks but they usually lead you down the wrong road, don`t bother with it here as there not half as much fun.

Purchased a limited edition lord of the rings sword for €500 when I was younger now worth €2,500+ and with the hobbit coming out I expect that value to go up...I'm waiting to finish my economics and finance degree before I graduate to the big leagues though
